Every FORA account gets its own Brain the day it's set up. It isn't shared across companies, it doesn't scrape the internet for "industry best practices," and it isn't a general-purpose model bolted on as a feature. It's built, from day one, entirely out of your own documentation.

It starts with your own SOPs, not the internet

When your company onboards, the Brain reads your SOPs and equipment list to build a first-pass profile: your industry, your terminology, your gear, your sites. No web research on your company or your industry, ever. Just what you actually sent us, however messy it was when it arrived.

It keeps learning from real usage, not every click

Every time a supervisor edits an AI-generated FLHA, runs a toolbox talk, or logs an incident or near miss, that's a signal worth learning from. Rubber-stamped, unedited AI output doesn't count. Only real, substantive corrections, the ones that show FORA got something wrong or incomplete, actually shape what it learns next.

It's built to read across systems, not just within one

This is the part that's easy to undersell in a bullet list: the Brain doesn't treat the Big 5 and each Custom Build as separate, disconnected tools that happen to share a login. It sits underneath all of them, so terminology and hazard emphasis learned from one document type, an FLHA edit, a toolbox talk, an incident report, is available everywhere else it's relevant, automatically. Deeper cross-references, like which crew is on which site or which machine is overdue for service, are the direction this is headed as more Custom Builds connect to it, not something every account has today.

It can only ever raise the bar, never lower it

This is the one rule that isn't negotiable: the Brain can shift emphasis and terminology, but it can never soften a risk rating or skip a required hazard category, structurally, not just by prompt wording. Safety-critical output never gets less cautious because of usage history, no matter how much context it's picked up.
